You will receive high-definition photographs in various shoot sizes to fit your needs.  These will be provided as JPEG images via an easy-to-use link.

Aerials added-on to a shoot package will be approximately 6 additional shots.

Aerials as a stand-alone shoot will be approximately 6-8 shots.

Twilight shoot packages include approximately 2  front and 3 back exterior shots.  These are especially dramatic if the property has a lighted pool and/or landscaping. Twilight shoots are time-sensitive and I will need access to the property at least one hour before and 30 minutes after sunset. 

No-show fee of $40.00 is charged if the property is inaccessible at the time of the shoot.  Please give me at least 2 hours notice if there are issues with accessing or shooting the property.

Please note I do not stage/redecorate unless previously arranged. Ensure the property is clean and clutter-free (dog dishes, trash cans, cars removed from driveway, etc.) for the most exceptional results.
